RETURN POLICY

You have 7 days from the date of purchase for local pick up and 7 days from the date you receive your items for shipping to return for a STORE CREDIT. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and original shipping costs will not be refunded, Items must be unworn with ALL tags attached. Items on SALE or marked down are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a store credit. ITEMS PRE- ORDERED or part of a PRESALE CANNOT BE CANCELED. Items can be exchanged for store credit after receiving but cannot be canceled. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All items should be washed according to the care instructions on each individual item. Most are hand-wash or gentle cycle. ALWAYS lay flat or hang to dry.

DROP SHIP ITEMS RETURN 

If for any reason the item is less than satisfactory, a return request may be made via “Orders” on the buyer’s account page within seven (7) business days of receipt. In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label. Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a store credit will be offered in the amount minus the shipping cost. Depending on the reason of the return request, the credit may be issued minus the original and return shipping costs.
